Michael Phair has a diverse range of experience in the IT and recruitment industry, holding various titles such as Group Operations Director, Operations Director, Client Engagement Manager, and Expert. Currently working at Be-IT Projects, Michael is focused on managing technology change and ensuring the right expertise is available. Prior to this, Michael worked at Pertemps Network Group and ASA Recruitment in recruitment and management roles. Michael is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
