Our mission

We work in the field of finance with managers and their teams to improve performance in international settings over the long-term.

Alternating between coaching (individual and group), training (management, leadership, communication, personal efficiency) and consulting (best practices), we create custom-made programmes that enhance our clients' effectiveness.

In partnership with our clients, we define objectives and success indicators, then create and implement a plan to achieve them.

Our work consists of individually coaching key personnel, team coaching and behavioural training on topics such as:

 •Developing relational and emotional intelligence
 •Self-management


Our field of expertise


We work in financial environments that require a high level of competence (such as trading floors, investment banks' IT departments, back and middle offices, asset and wealth management, etc.) on issues that include:
