Dieter Devlieghere

Dieter Devlieghere has gained extensive work experience in various companies and roles throughout their career. Dieter began their professional journey with Lebon IT Services NV as a Stagair/vakantiejob, where they redesigned company websites and implemented Sharepoint Portal Server 2001. Dieter then joined Quadrant CMS as an Interim employee, assisting with updating a database to comply with a new European law.

Afterward, Dieter worked at Gezinsbond vzw as an ICT Projectmedewerker, where they were responsible for system and network administration, website maintenance, and the creation of a website for volunteer access to member data. Dieter later joined Next-ICT as an IT Consultant, contributing to web application development projects for Amadeus Benelux NV and various travel agencies.

In 2017, Dieter joined Black Lion bvba as a Backend Developer, specializing in the development of the internal Content Management System "Shuttle". Dieter utilized Laravel 5, MySQL, Amazon AWS, Beanstalkd, Supervisor, JQuery, and Vue.js to build and host customers' websites.

In 2018, Dieter joined Mind4Energy as a Senior Backend Developer, where they focused on developing a real-time monitoring and control system for industrial-scale solar power installations. Dieter worked on all aspects of the application, including back-end microservices in Node.js, Python, and Java, as well as front-end development using Vue.js.

Currently, Dieter is a Senior Backend Developer at Be-Mobile, where they continue to contribute their expertise in back-end development.

Throughout their career, Dieter has showcased their proficiency in various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies, including PHP, Symfony, Zend Framework, Dojo, and MySQL. Dieter has also demonstrated a strong aptitude for system administration and project management.

Dieter Devlieghere has an extensive education history in various fields. In 1999 to 2002, they attended Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen - Vlaamse Autonome Hogeschool, where they pursued a degree in Multimedia & Communicatietechnologie. In 2004, they took a course at VDAB on Windows Server 2003 Administration. The following year, in 2005, they enrolled in another course at VDAB, this time focusing on ASP.NET web development. In 2006, Dieter attended Syntra West for a course in iSeries Administration. In 2007, they took an evening course at Syntra West, specializing in Linux Advanced System Administration. Finally, in 2008, they completed a UML and Design Patterns course at Cevora.
