Jan Vossaert

Jan Vossaert has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jan began their career in 2009 as a Research Associate at KAHO Sint-Lieven, where they focused on software security and mobile applications. In 2014, they joined KU Leuven as a Postdoctoral Researcher, handling various responsibilities including teaching, mentoring, and supporting PhD students in the areas of mobile security and IoT.

In 2018, Jan moved to Ablynx as a Software Engineer, primarily responsible for maintaining and expanding the CHC platform. Jan also worked on the CMC LIMS platform, porting existing Flex applications to an Ember version. Currently, Jan is employed at Be-Mobile as a Back End Developer, starting in 2019.

From 2005 to 2009, Jan Vossaert pursued a Master degree in Industriële Wetenschappen: elektronica-ICT from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent.
