Eric Sova

Eric Sova is the Director of Operations at BE Networks. Eric has over 12 years of experience in managing teams and overseeing production, inventory, and customer service operations. Eric has a successful background in project/program management, business development, and quality assurance. Eric is a TL9000 Core-Team member and was instrumental in helping Curvature achieve its ISO9001 and TL9000 certification for the EMEA office. Under Eric's leadership, the team successfully transitioned through a full-scale move to a new facility, including all aspects of coordination, design, construction, and efficiency improvements. Eric is known for their dynamic leadership and vision, as well as their Kaizen practice of constant improvement. Eric has excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style that has proven successful in their career.

Eric Sova has a certification from LinkedIn in productivity tips and from Quest in TL9000 internal auditor. Eric also has a degree in art history, criticism and conservation from Santa Barbara City College.
