We are a specialist consultancy helping hospitals, health authorities, and emergency services build the capacity to respond effectively when it matters most.

Our work covers the full cycle of emergency preparedness from designing training programmes and facilitator materials to delivering training, drills, and onsite simulations. We work with government bodies, international organisations, and health institutions Europe, Middle East, and beyond.

Our team brings direct field experience from assignments with WHO, ICRC, IAEA, and other international bodies, including work in highly volatile and vulnerable settings. We combine operational depth with the rigour and accountability of private sector delivery, producing bilingual, practical, and immediately usable tools built for the people who will use them under pressure.

If you are looking for a partner to strengthen your emergency response capacity, we would be glad to hear from you.
