I am a Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach, certified by the Carolyn Costin Institute.
I also have my Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health. 

Everyone’s journey to recovering is unique, what works for one might not work for another. My job as a coach is to meet client’s where they’re at on their journey. I will work at a pace that challenges each unique individual but also doesn’t overwhelm them. 

I also work alongside client’s team members to support them as well as we collaborate and figure out what is best for the client. 

As a recovered coach, I have lived experience allowing me to have empathy for clients that no amount of education or textbooks can offer. And with my lived experience I also am living proof that being fully recovered isn’t just a fantasy but a reality.
