David Polis began their professional journey with a vocational training as a Tourism Specialist, focusing on business travel. After completing their training, they transitioned into Process Management at American Express Global Business Travel, where they spent several years managing various administrative tasks and project implementations. In response to challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, David shifted to the IT-software industry and joined BE-terna in January 2022 as a Solution Consultant. Currently, they lead the CE Utilities DACH team, providing support and development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to the utilities sector. David also engages in conducting workshops and creating documentation as part of their role.
