At Be The Riot we deliver tangible results for equity diversity and inclusion. The ultimate goal is organisations that are truly inclusive and reflective of our wonderfully diverse society.

We support organizations to understand the experiences of their people, analysing the unique challenges that need to be addressed while also exploring the opportunities that can be tapped into for a more inclusive work culture.

We use a collaborative approach, taking the steps needed to understand your organization and adapting to your needs. We support you on the journey of culture change, providing insights and practical steps to inclusion.

We don’t do box-ticking. The human experience is what’s most important to us so this is what frames our insights and our approach. We centre experiences derived from various aspects of diversity while recognizing the impact of intersectionality.

Our vision is a society that is free from inequity and truly representative of the diversity within it. A world where it doesn’t matter what background you come from or how you identify, everyone is able to thrive at work and in their career.
