Pilar Jericó

Pilar Jericó, PhD, is a prominent expert in leadership and organizational development, currently serving as a Guest Lecturer in Leadership at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business since May 2022. As Executive President of BeUp since January 2011, Pilar leads a team dedicated to enhancing organizational competitiveness through innovative leadership and talent management. Pilar also holds the position of International Ambassador in the United States for the Asociación Española de Directores de Recursos Humanos and serves as a member of its Advisory Board. With extensive experience as a speaker on topics like digital leadership and talent management, Pilar has previously contributed as an Associate Professor at multiple business schools including Instituto de Empresa and ESADE. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and participation in leadership programs at Harvard University and the United States Military Academy at West Point.
