Jonathan McNicol

Jonathan McNicol is currently the Chairman at BE WTR France and the Managing Director at BE WTR UK. They specialize in startups and business development, brand building, and sales strategy, while also implementing and tracking KPIs, negotiating at the executive level, and training managers. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Nespresso Business Manager at Hemi Sa, managing operations across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, and was responsible for substantial growth at Cafe Prestige, where they built a high-performing sales team. Jonathan also owned H2O Distribution SA, distributing water filtration systems to hotels and restaurants, and served as Président at Capsnap France, leading commercial efforts throughout Western Europe. They earned a degree in Strategic Management, Marketing, and Finance from St Gallen.
