Royal Brooks

Royal Brooks is an independent professional focused on Alternative Fuel Vehicle and Advanced Transportation markets, including EVSE, v2i, v2v, UAV/UAS, and Level 3–4 autonomous vehicle infrastructures. They held leadership and technical roles across aerospace and energy sectors, including COO of WinSoL, LLC (2010–2011), CEO of Brooks Energy (2008–2011), and founder of RB Productions (1993–1994). They are the owner of BE2 (2009–Present). They studied accounting at the University of Texas at Arlington (1994–1996) and at the University of Georgia–Beaufort (1984–1986).
