Dani Tan

Dani Tan is a first-generation Asian-Latina leader who has successfully pivoted careers five times and secured 11 promotions over the course of 11 years. Currently, Dani serves as the Head Career Coach at Beach Commute, where they support professionals in finding remote job opportunities, and as the Program Lead and Executive Coach for HACE’s Multicultural Leadership Program. Dani previously held leadership roles in digital merchandising and product marketing at renowned companies, including Authentic Brands Group and StreetTrend. As a coach and speaker, Dani is dedicated to empowering diverse professionals to navigate their career paths and lead with confidence, advocating particularly for first and second generation women of color leaders.
