Eric Smith

Eric Smith is the current Project Manager of Client Services at BEACH. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Ravenna Capital Group LLC from March 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they were the Chief Operating Officer of Armada Hoffler Properties from May 2005 to November 2018. Eric has also worked as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from June 2001 to November 2003, a Financial Analyst at FedEx from January 1998 to August 1999, and a Futures Trader at the New York Futures Exchange from January 1997 to January 1998. Eric started their career as a Financial Analyst at Rogers Casey from June 1995 to January 1997.

Eric Smith earned their MBA from The Wharton School and their Bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Connecticut.
