Beachworks is a family-owned real estate investment company focused on the acquisition, development, and sale of properties and homes in the greater Seattle area. We are a full cycle development company separated into three main sections; off-market property acquisition/wholesale, development, and retail sales. Over the past 10 years, our team has completed over 500 investment transactions valued at over $350 million.

The company was born in our family’s South Sound family cottage—the place where our parents instilled in us the values that guide us today. It’s the place where the vision for providing real solutions, with an honest and professional approach, was born.

For three generations, Beachworks has been investing in Seattle’s top properties to create futures for families in the Pacific Northwest. We are committed to finding projects where we can truly add value for our clients while creating a positive impact on local communities.

Our goal is to work, learn, and have fun together while creating a legacy of values and philanthropy for future generations. The mix of in-depth market knowledge, lighthearted and family-oriented reputation and creative solutions allows us to stand out from our competition.

Together, we’re building strong and collaborative communities; one piece of property at a time.
