Aaron Holley

Aaron Holley, MBA, SHRM-CP, PHR, is the Vice President of Human Resources at Beacon Credit Union, the largest agricultural lending credit union in the nation. They have been with Beacon Credit Union since 2012, initially serving as a Human Resources Manager and later taking on the Vice President role in 2018. With a strong background in recruitment, training, and compensation administration, Aaron collaborates with the management team to oversee various HR functions, ensuring compliance and enhancing employee relations. They hold a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Ball State University.
