Shawn Devine

Shawn Devine currently serves as the Director of Logistics at Beacon Biosignals, a position held since April 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Supply Chain at TransMedics, Inc. from February 2022 to December 2024, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, training staff, and managing logistics strategies and provider relationships. Previously, Shawn worked at Conformis as Director of Supply Chain and held various positions at Medtronic from May 2003 to April 2021, culminating in the role of Director Global Supply Chain, where leadership was provided for a rapidly growing business segment. Notable achievements include leading supply chain integration for Invatec and directing procurement and logistics operations at a Medtronic facility. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.
