We build teams that deliver. No matter what the world throws at them.

By the time CEOs call us, they’ve already tried the offsite. The strategy refresh. The new structure. The expensive hire. None of it moved the needle — because the real constraint was never any of those things. It was the room where decisions get made.

We fix the room.

What we hear before the phone rings:
“Individually, they’re all brilliant. Together, they’re somehow not.”
“We’ve optimised everything except the actual outcomes.”
“We gave everyone AI. They’re now producing the wrong outputs twice as fast.”

It’s not a soft problem. Poor leadership costs 29% in productivity, $175k a year per ineffective leader, around 7% of revenue.

OUR METHODOLOGY
The Leading Lights model — the five conditions that decide whether a leadership team delivers or drags: Shared Direction. Trust Climate. Decision Velocity. Adaptive Capacity. Collective Leadership.
Then: Understand. Change. Sustain. No unnecessary process. No consulting theatre.

WHAT WE’RE NOT
• A two-day offsite with a rope course.
• A 200-slide deck your PA will format for the board.
• 23-year-old MBAs doing the work while the partner plays golf.
The big firms leave you a deck. We leave you a different team. The senior who sells the engagement is the person who runs it — and stays long enough to see the fix through.

WHAT THAT LOOKS LIKE
A federal logistics organisation, strategic targets at risk on inconsistent leadership performance. ELT diagnostics, structured sessions, embedded coaching. Priorities delivered — and a team that held itself accountable without being pushed.

START HERE
The 1–2 week Leading Lights Diagnostic. $12,500, fully credited toward the full engagement. Real root causes, not the symptoms everyone’s comfortable naming.

CEO, COO, CHRO, Chair or senior leader in a mid-market organisation, and your leadership team isn’t firing? It’s time to align the lights.
