Beth Boram is an experienced professional in affordable housing development with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Development Director at Beacon Development Group since June 2016, Beth leads project development activities for Washington-based client partners, collaborating with nonprofit organizations to create housing that supports their missions. Prior roles include Deputy Development Director and Senior Housing Developer at Compass Housing Alliance from 2007 to 2016, where strategic direction was provided for affordable housing projects. Previous experience includes serving as Housing Planner for King County, where Beth focused on housing for individuals with developmental disabilities, and as Housing Developer at Common Ground, providing technical assistance in affordable housing development. Beth holds a Bachelor's Degree from The Evergreen State College and has completed coursework at the University of Washington Graduate School of Public Affairs.
