Brian Lloyd is an experienced professional in the affordable housing sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Development - Consulting Services at Beacon Development Group since June 2003. Responsibilities include oversight of affordable housing project development, encompassing financing, site acquisition, programming, design, closing, and construction. Prior to this role, Brian held the title of Vice President at Bank of America from September 2000 to April 2003, where management of borrower relationships and underwriting of affordable housing real estate transactions were key duties.
