Brian Lloyd is an experienced professional in the affordable housing sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Development - Consulting Services at Beacon Development Group since June 2003. Responsibilities include oversight of affordable housing project development, encompassing financing, site acquisition, programming, design, closing, and construction. Prior to this role, Brian held the title of Vice President at Bank of America from September 2000 to April 2003, where management of borrower relationships and underwriting of affordable housing real estate transactions were key duties. Earlier in Brian's career, a position as Senior Project Manager at EAH Housing from January 1994 to August 2000 involved managing various affordable housing developments, including new construction and large redevelopment projects. Brian holds a Master of Public Policy in Housing and Community Development from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Global Studies from Pacific Lutheran University.
