Cindy Proctor currently serves as the Vice President of Real Estate Development at Beacon Development Group, a position held since May 2005. In this role, Cindy is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning for the HumanGood Affordable Housing portfolio and collaborating with corporate leadership on affordable housing initiatives that incorporate healthcare components. Prior to this, Cindy worked at the Low Income Housing Institute from November 1998 to April 2005, holding titles such as Development Director and Development Manager, specializing in senior housing development. Earlier experience includes a tenure at First Interstate Bank from 1984 to 1996 as a credit analyst focusing on commercial loans and loan loss recovery. Cindy has pursued further education with a Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute from the University of Washington, starting in 2014.
