Paul Purcell is the President of Beacon Development Group, a role held since 1999, where they have provided strategic leadership for the development of over 3,100 affordable housing units across Washington State. With extensive experience in finance and community development, Paul previously served as Vice President at Catholic Housing Services of Western WA and held leadership roles at Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of Seattle. Currently, Paul also serves as Vice Chair of the CR&D Committee for NAHRO, contributing to the advancement of affordable housing initiatives. Paul earned a Master of Public Administration in Planning from Seattle University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Western Washington University.
