Chris Augur is an accomplished M&A advisor and board member with extensive experience in leading technology companies toward shareholder value creation and realization. They co-founded Intelligent Capital, where they managed high-profile M&A transactions with major firms such as Google and Intel. Most recently, Augur served as President of ZIVELO, a supplier of self-service kiosks, and currently advises the CEO of Axus Technology and serves on the board of SimpleWAN. In addition to their advisory roles, Augur is involved with Legacy Capital Inc. and BVA, providing strategic guidance in the technology sector. They are also pursuing a BSEE degree in Computer Systems Engineering at Arizona State University.
