John joined Beacon Mobility as Director of Program Management in 2022. John joins the Beacon team from Royal Caribbean Group where he spent 6 years supporting various parts of the organization, including Royal Caribbean’s Transformation Management Office and Product Development group. John was responsible for program managing strategic organizational initiatives - providing milestone planning and oversight for strategic projects related to Private Destinations, Newbuild, and Fleet Modernization.
Prior to Royal, John worked for Komatsu Mining traveling across the globe as a Process Improvement Engineer, responsible for developing and implementing change management protocols supporting a 5-year enterprise digital transformation, upgrading inventory management systems, warehouses, and logistical infrastructure.
John is also a proud veteran, having served in the US Air Force as a Firefighter.
