Lance Moore is the Director of Operational Support for the Central Region at Beacon Mobility, where they lead initiatives focused on providing exceptional transportation experiences. With over 25 years of experience in managing and developing high-performance teams, they have held key leadership positions, including Director of Operations for Joint Task Force North and Director of Operations at Kincaid Coach Lines. Lance's military career includes roles such as Deputy Commander for Operations with US Army South, where they directed complex operational planning across multiple regions. They hold a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in American Government and Politics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
