Michael Dorris is a certified Agile leader and agility performance coach with extensive experience in leading organizational transformation through Agile and Lean methodologies. They served as a Senior Management Consultant at EIS, Inc., where they advised on IT process development, and later led technology teams at Healthesystems, significantly enhancing quality and performance through Agile practices. Currently, as the Director of IT Application Development at Beacon Mobility, Michael is establishing a new application development department centered around Agile methodologies. Their educational background includes studies in Flight Engineering at the Community College of the Air Force and Computer Information Systems at the University of Delaware, complemented by leadership training in Servant Leadership.
