McDoe Gray is currently the Senior Manager of R&D at Beacon Pharmaceuticals Ltd., where they oversee product development and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Previously, McDoe held the position of R&D Manager at Beacon Pharmaceuticals Limited and served as Sr. Assistant Manager of R&D at Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd. They began their career in production at Aristopharma Ltd. and have significant experience in formulation and manufacturing processes. McDoe obtained both their M. Pharm and Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degrees from the University of Rajshahi.
