Andre Bothma, CFA, FRM has a diverse and extensive work experience. Andre is currently working as a Financial Engineer at Beacon Platform since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the European Central Bank as a Financial Services Consultant from May 2018 to May 2021.

Andre Bothma obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Cape Town between 1989 and 1995. During the same year, Andre also pursued the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), which they completed in 2002.
