Khalie Shields

Khalie Shields is an experienced language education professional currently serving as a Corporate Language Trainer at BEACON RED since January 2024. Prior roles include English Language Inclusion Specialist at RAK Academy, Senior English School Teacher at Belvedere International School, and English Education Specialist at Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute. Khalie has also held significant positions such as LEAD ESL/English Teacher and Training Lead for the Ministry of Education – UAE and Director at STARS Kid Care. Earlier experience encompasses teaching English at Mustang High School and serving as a Claims Adjuster and Customer Service Agent in the insurance sector. Khalie holds a Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Northern Colorado.
