Beacon is a limited-liability company founded in 1998 to develop and manage a diverse portfolio of affordable housing.

SOCAYR Inc. is a non-profit, 501c3, founded in 2001 to continue in the development and management of affordable housing.

The Property Management Division has been successful in leasing over 52 new properties since its inception. Currently, there are  99 communities comprised of 6,814 housing units managed by Beacon.
