Ely Nightingale, CPA, currently serves as the Director of M&A at Beacon Software since November 2024. Prior to this role, Ely held various positions at 123Dentist, starting as a Senior Associate in Corporate Development and advancing to Manager of Corporate Development from March 2022 to November 2024. Ely also contributed to Superette as Manager of Corporate Development & Finance from November 2020 to March 2022, playing a key role in M&A and capital markets strategy, and establishing the Finance & Operations functions at Cannoe prior to its acquisition. Ely began a professional career at EY as a Senior Accountant in Assurance, focusing on sectors such as healthcare, SaaS, logistics, and manufacturing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree with Honors Specialization in Accounting from Western University and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
