Ryan Monaghan

Ryan Monaghan has over a decade of experience in property management, currently serving as Assistant Regional Vice President at Beacon Communities LLC since November 2011. Prior roles at Beacon Communities include Area Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Property Manager. Prior to joining Beacon, Ryan worked at Corcoran Jennison Management from May 2008 to November 2011, where positions included Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Consultant. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, completed from 2005 to 2007.
