Mor Barki has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Starting in 2005, Barki worked as a Research Assistant at Ruppin Academic Center for two years before moving on to become a Professional Behavior Assessor for the IDF at Adam Milo.
In 2010, Barki joined Yael Group as an HR Manager for the Software Solutions Division, where they were responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing recruitment sources, and conducting interviews and salary negotiations. After two years, Barki transitioned to a Talent Acquisition Specialist role at HP Software, where they managed full recruitment cycles for R&D, product, marketing, and management positions.
In 2014, Barki relocated to Singapore and worked in a non-specific role until 2016. Upon returning, they joined Actiview as a Talent Acquisition Manager, leading local recruitment processes and implementing custom recruiting strategies.
From 2019 to 2021, Barki worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at NSO Group, managing global recruitment for different sites and designing recruitment strategies for each position. This was followed by a role as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Cellebrite in 2021, where Barki focused on high-volume recruitment responsibilities and worked closely with hiring managers on all HR matters.
In 2022, Barki joined Imperva as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, leading recruitment activities for various business units and cross-functional departments. They created and led the end-to-end hiring strategy and processes and worked closely with department heads, HR partners, and hiring managers.
Most recently, Barki is currently serving as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Beaconcure since 2023.
Mor Barki attended Ruppin Academic Center from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Mor Barki pursued an MBA in Sociology and Anthropology with a specialization in Psychology at Bar-Ilan University.
