Francesca Giudice

Francesca Giudice has been working in the field since 2009. Francesca began their career as an Educator/Administrative Office at Cooperarci Cooperativa sociale, where they were responsible for invoicing, payroll, and personnel selection. This role was held while they were still in university. In 2015, they moved to QUI! Group as an HR specialist. In 2017, they joined Welfare Company as a Welfare Specialist. In 2018, they took on a Sales Account role at DoubleYou srl. In 2020, they became an Indirect Channel Sales Manager at Jointly - Il welfare condiviso. Currently, they are a Responsabile Sviluppo Canale Partner at Beaconforce, a start-up in Silicon Valley, where they are responsible for developing and managing sales commercial partnerships, and creating projects for partners to integrate the Beaconforce tool into their product offerings.

Francesca Giudice attained a Master in Economia della Cooperazione from Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna in 2015. Prior to this, they obtained a Master in gestione del personale e sviluppo risorse umane from Università eCampus in 2014-2015. In 2011-2014, they earned a Laurea breve in Scienze dell'Educazione e della Formazione from Università degli Studi di Genova. Additionally, they hold a certification in primo soccorso e sicurezza sul lavoro from CESCOT GENOVA.
