Jackie Long is a results-oriented leader with over 15 years of experience in the retail industry, specializing in project management and merchandising systems. They have held progressive roles at Bealls, Inc., where they currently serve as the Director of Merchandise Process, focusing on process design and organizational change management. Previously, Jackie worked at Chico's FAS Inc., beginning their career in inventory planning and allocation. They hold a B.B.A. in Management with a minor in Economics and an MBA from Marshall University.
