Jennifer Caba

Jennifer Caba, MBA, has diverse experience in accounting and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Staff Accountant III at Bealls, Inc. since July 2017, where responsibilities include the preparation of financial reports and ensuring GAAP compliance. Previous roles at Bealls included Staff Accountant II, Accountant I - Rent/GAAP, and Jr. Staff Accountant - Rent, focusing on financial reporting, GAAP research, and rent payment processing for a large number of properties. Prior to this, Jennifer managed internal recruitment as a Talent Acquisition Administrator. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida, completed in December 2022, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, earned in 2016.
