Keith Starks

Keith Starks possesses extensive experience in network engineering and IT management, with a career spanning over three decades. From 1997 to 2020, Keith served as the Director of Network Engineering at Bealls, where responsibilities included overseeing the evolution of IT infrastructure during significant company growth from 200 to 560 stores across 15 states. Currently, Keith holds the position of Senior Director of Infrastructure at Bealls, contributing to strategic IT direction. Prior experience includes roles as Network Manager at CONSERVCO and Manager of Networking and PC Services at Cigna Healthcare of Florida, focusing on team management and enhancing service levels. Keith holds two Bachelor's degrees in Advertising and Mass Communications and English and Creative Writing from the University of South Florida.
