Leana Less is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in the consumer marketing and media sectors. Currently serving as CMO and SVP of Marketing at Chico's FAS, Inc. since August 2022, Leana previously led Global Consumer Marketing at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from December 2018 to August 2022. Prior roles at The Coca-Cola Company included VP of Global Connections and Media, where responsibilities spanned various strategic positions. Leana's career began in media buying, with formative experiences at OMD South Africa and Eurospace OMD, before transitioning into media strategy roles at TBWA Hunt Lascaris and FCB.
