Michael Elder is currently the Director of Operations and E-Commerce at Bealls, Inc., where they lead a large distribution center and have implemented significant improvements in operational efficiency and cost reduction. Previously, they held various roles at Boscov's Department Store and Deb Shops, where they built merchandise planning divisions and drove comparable sales increases. Michael began their career at BJ's Wholesale Club, earning promotions based on performance. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
