Ray Daugherty

Ray Daugherty is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in high-level management roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Logistics at Bealls, Inc. since February 2022, Ray previously held the same title at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. from February 2018 to September 2021. Prior to that, Ray contributed significantly as a Vice President of Logistics at NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND, overseeing its global logistics network. With a background that includes over 17 years at Dollar Tree Stores in various logistics leadership roles and a distinguished 18-year career as a Supply Corps Officer in the US Navy, Ray possesses deep expertise in supply chain management, operations, and strategic logistics planning.
