Ron Friese

Ron Friese possesses extensive experience in retail management and information technology, currently serving as Vice President of Merchandise Process at Bealls since June 2010. Previously, Ron held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Information Technology at Value City Department Stores LLC, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT functions to enhance flexibility and support while maintaining budgetary efficiency. At bTs Inc, Ron directed the development of a business intelligence environment that standardized merchandising reporting, and at Retail Ventures Inc, Ron oversaw the implementation of controls for compliance with SOx and PCI requirements. Ron began their career at Value City Department Stores as Merchandise Controller and has also worked as Manager of Financial Reporting at Shonac. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Franklin University and an Associate of Arts from Lincoln College.
