Ryan Thomas

Ryan Thomas has extensive experience in operations and counselling. As Head of Operations at Beam from September 2022 to April 2025, Ryan was responsible for strategic planning and delivering Central Government programmes, focusing on person-centred service delivery. Prior roles at Beam included Senior Operations Lead and Operations Lead, where responsibilities included managing contracts and supporting beneficiaries. Additionally, Ryan served as an Honorary Counsellor and Therapist at EASE Wellbeing CIC, utilizing an integrative approach to foster personal growth. Earlier career roles included Operations Associate, Account Manager, and Relationship Manager at elder HQ, and English language teaching positions in China and as a self-employed TEFL teacher. Ryan is currently pursuing further education in counselling, with a Level 4 qualification from BACP expected in September 2025, building on a Level 3 qualification obtained in September 2023.
