Tom Allen

Tom Allen serves as the Strategic Partnerships Lead at Beam since November 2025. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Strategic Account Executive at Champion Health from March 2024 to November 2025. Tom has extensive experience in sales development, having worked at Zscaler from October 2020 to March 2024, where roles included Director, Senior Manager, and Manager of Sales Development for the EMEA region. Tom's career began at Sprinklr, with various positions from December 2016 to October 2020, culminating in the role of Manager of Inside Sales. Previous experience includes a University Placement as Pharmacy Operations and Marketing Assistant at Boots UK and serving as a Digital Marketing Executive at Enactus. Tom holds a BA Joint Honours degree in Business Management and Marketing from Nottingham Trent University.
