David Danesh

David Danesh, CCAM, serves as the Founder of Allied HOA Partners since 2024 and acts as an Advisor at Beam, an organization focused on enhancing housing and infrastructure development through modern financial tools. Previously, David co-founded AXCS and was a founding member at Belong, where responsibilities included launching and expanding multiple markets and establishing essential business functions. David's experience also includes roles in commercial real estate finance at George Smith Partners and strategy and operations at Rev.com, along with an analyst position at Deloitte. As a chapter founder of TAMID Group, significant contributions were made to the National Alumni Network. Early entrepreneurial efforts included co-founding SplitMyTaxi, which facilitated shared taxi rides for students. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
