Mathew Gilroy

Mathew Gilroy is the Head of Employer, Platforms, and Partnerships at Australian Retirement Trust since February 2022. Prior to this role, Mathew founded Beam Connect in January 2018, a digital startup aimed at revolutionizing how employers and employees interact with superannuation. With a background in digital distribution and online services at Sunsuper, Mathew has extensive experience in delivering outstanding services to employers and driving strategic leadership in the superannuation industry. Mathew holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor's degree from The Australian National University.
