Beam partners with organisations to bring employee perspectives into the fabric of their culture through contemporary art.
Art-Led Cultural Experiences
We begin with art-led experiences that bring teams together around contemporary practice. These sessions invite employees to explore taste, value, and identity, creating a shared language for how culture is experienced, not just defined.
From Engagement to Collecting
For organisations looking to build on this, Beam supports the development of a long-term collecting approach shaped by employee perspectives and grounded in meaningful relationships with living artists. The result is a collection that reflects the people within the organisation - not just the brand - while contributing to a more ethical and sustainable cultural ecosystem.
Beam exists to help organisations move beyond surface-level engagement with art, and instead create environments where people see themselves reflected in the culture around them.
While our work often begins with organisations, Beam also supports a new generation of collectors - making engagement with living artists more transparent, intentional, and accessible.
