Matthew Smith, AIA, is a registered architect with over 18 years of forensic and building envelope consulting experience, currently serving as the Director at BEAM Professionals. They specialize in condition assessments of existing buildings, repair design, and construction administration across various sectors, including commercial, education, multi-family, and healthcare facilities. Previously, Matthew held roles at Grace Hebert Curtis Architects and Lerch Bates Inc., and served as Senior Project Director at Nelson Forensics, LLC. Matthew earned a Master of Architecture from Texas Tech University in 2006.
