Tamara Higgins

Tamara Higgins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in building envelope consulting and operations management. Currently serving as the Central Regional Director of Operations at BEAM Professionals since February 2025, Tamara oversees the building envelope consulting team across the central United States. In addition to this role, Tamara contributes as the Director of Education and volunteer staff at Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) in Dallas, and serves as the Director of social media for the Grayson County Amateur Radio Club. Previously, Tamara held the position of Regional Managing Director at Lerch Bates Inc., managing multiple divisions focused on building design and consulting. With a career rooted in engineering and management, Tamara has also served as the President/CEO of UNITY Commercial Solutions and has held various executive roles, enhancing company growth and client relations. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Applied Science from Old Dominion University and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Triton College.
