David Ross

David Ross is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the tech and research sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Beamery since 2023, David previously held similar senior positions at YouGov from 2019 to 2023 and worked as a Python Developer at Radius Payment Solutions Limited in 2018. David's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours in Biomedical Science and a Diploma of Higher Education in Forensic Studies from Abertay University. Prior to their engineering roles, David contributed to research as a Research Assistant at The University of Edinburgh, focusing on bioinformatics and genetic data analysis, as well as as a Research Technician at The University of Dundee, where skills in next-generation sequencing were developed.
