Rachel Brown is a seasoned payroll and total rewards professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll & Total Rewards Specialist and Interim Head of Total Rewards at Beamery since June 2022, Rachel has previously held key payroll roles at KAYAK, Nesta, Shazam, Hogan Lovells International LLP, THE NET-A-PORTER GROUP, and Habib Bank AG Zurich. Rachel began her career as an HR Assistant and progressively advanced to positions such as Payroll Administrator and International Payroll Specialist. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kent, earned between 2008 and 2011, Rachel brings a robust educational foundation to the expertise in payroll and benefits management.
